Liebes Team ber Nordsee Kaffeerösterei. Ich muss es einfach mal loswerden: ihr seid Spitze. So einen wirklich guten, verträglichen und wohlschmeckenden Kaffee habe ich selten erlebt. Ich schwor auf die Windstärke 5, doch nun habe ich mir zu Weihnachten die Weihnachtsmischung gegönnt. Ein Traum, was anderes kann man dazu nicht sagen. Milde und köstlich, leicht schokoladig im Geschmack und so gut verträglich, daß man ruhig ein paar Tassen davon trinken kann. Es ist nur schade, daß die Zeit dieses Kaffees im Sommer sicher, leider, vorbei sein wird. Mein Tipp, jetzt noch schnell einen Vorrat anlegen, so kann man ihn länger genießen. Habe ich auch gemacht. Es ist immer wieder schön, daß Paket zu öffnen. Erst kommt der herrliche Duft, dann dies entzückende Postkarte mit der persönlichen Widmung und dann kommt der Kaffee und dann ist nur noch purer Genuss. Bitte bleibt so, ihr seid nicht nur ein Gewinn für Büsum, nein für die ganze Küste.

Wir waren heute das erste Mal dort, da wir großes Interesse am Kaffee vor Ort hatten – und wir müssen sagen: Es ist viel mehr als nur eine Rösterei, in der man Kaffee und Kuchen bekommt! Uns erwartete ein wunderschönes Ambiente, der Mitarbeiter war supernett, und wir haben eine tolle Unterhaltung geführt, während wir unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. (PS: Ich habe schon lange nicht mehr so einen wohlschmeckenden Cappuccino getrunken!) Vor unserer Abfahrt kommen wir auf jeden Fall noch einmal vorbei, probieren ein Stück Kuchen und nehmen uns die tollen Espresso-Bohnen für zuhause mit. Macht weiter so!
